ENGR-E 505 INTRODUCTION TO NANO-ENGINEERING (3 CR.)
Miniaturization of devices and systems to nanoscale boosted in the last couple of decades, enabling unattainable hitherto functionalities and bridging the quantum realm with the mainstream of technological paradigm. Current course provides a broad overview of the scientific background as well as the cutting-edge technological achievements of engineering on nanoscale.
